Repeat Customer

Automatically rewards customers who have placed a certain number of previous orders.

When to use this

• Loyalty rewards (“10% off your 3rd order”)
• Encouraging repeat purchases
• Rewarding long-term customers

Example

Customers placing their 3rd order or later get 10% off automatically.

How to set it up

1. Click + Create Discount and select Repeat customer under Customer segments
2. In Who is this for?, Customers with N+ past orders is already ticked at At least 3 past orders. Change the number if you need to — 2 means the 3rd order onwards
3. In Rewards, enter the percentage
4. Save Draft, preview, then Publish

Tips

• Past orders are counted automatically. Failed and pending orders don’t count
• Combine with Cart Labels to show “Loyalty reward: 10% off!” in the cart
• Stack with other discounts using Discount Stacking controls
