Repeat Customer

Automatically rewards customers who have placed a certain number of previous orders.

When to use this

  • Loyalty rewards (“10% off your 3rd order”)
  • Encouraging repeat purchases
  • Rewarding long-term customers

Customers placing their 3rd order or later get 10% off automatically.

How to set it up

Section titled “How to set it up”
  1. Click + Create Discount and select Repeat Customer under Targeted Offers
  2. Set the minimum number of previous orders required (e.g. 2 for 3rd order+)
  3. Set the discount type and amount
  4. Save Draft, preview, then Publish

Tips

Section titled “Tips”
  • The discount checks the customer’s completed order count automatically
  • Combine with Cart Labels to show “Loyalty reward: 10% off!” in the cart
  • Stack with other discounts using Discount Stacking controls
