When to use this

- VIP or loyalty free shipping perks
- Compensating customers for shipping issues

How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”- Click + Create Discount and select Coupon: free shipping under Coupon-triggered
- In the What triggers it? section, use the coupon dropdown to select an existing coupon or create a new one — this is the code customers enter at checkout (e.g.
FREESHIP) - Save Draft, preview, then Publish
