% Off Order
A flat percentage discount applied to the entire cart on every order.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”- Store-wide sales (10% off everything)
- Permanent loyalty discounts for all customers
- Simple promotions that don’t need spend thresholds

How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”- Click + Create Discount and select % off cart under % / £ discounts
- In Rewards, enter the percentage (e.g.
10) - Save Draft, preview, then Publish

- Combine with Targeting to limit this to specific user roles, or tick Cart contains matching items in What triggers it? to require certain products
- Use Scheduling to run this as a time-limited sale
- Set a Maximum Discount Cap in Global Settings to protect margins
